• Regarding all other CD-R's -  These Are Not for Sale - The CD-R's are for trade only.
• No copyrighted material traded, no official releases traded, no royalty based material traded.
• Do not trade for these if you will be selling them.
• Descriptions not guaranteed to be 100% accurate.
• I have not listened all the way through many of these.

• Not all items listed are currently available (a/k/a my wish list & incoming CD's).
• Some may be MP3 sourced (no, I don't know which ones).
• A few are poorer quality audience recordings others are higher quality sound-board or studio sessions.
• A few have  dropouts, clicks, pops and digi-noise or otherwise have poor quality sound, SBE's (sector boundary errors), abrupt track transitions, aborted tracks, missing songs, TAO (track-at-once) track transitions or other gaps, tape hiss, static or other mysterious noises, excessive audience talking, clapping etc..  Discs may not exactly match set lists or any supplied art work.

• I do not spend any time verifying dates, set lists or venues. If you have any comments or corrections of my information, I would greatly appreciate hearing from you.

• Please do not write on the discs; use post-it notes or slips of paper.

• I am most interested in obtaining good sounding shows and compilations. Therefore, please communicate any known problems with the shows you are sending me and I will do the same (to the limited extent that I am aware). Also, if you find a problem with something that I send to you, please tell me. That way I can correct the problem and not continue to send out faulty material.

• Please email the set lists, if possible, rather than sending them on paper.

• I prefer name brand CD-R media. I do not provide or expect CD jewel cases. If you will be using Taiyo Yuden (T-Y or Fujifilm) "Made in Japan" discs, be sure to ask me to return the favor with like-quality discs.
• I will generally send my discs to you by putting them inside the packaging that you send to me with your trades (an incentive to package them well!).  For the best protection I suggest shipping CD-R's inside of an Amaray-style DVD case. If you send CD-R's to me inside of a protective case I'll use it to return your trade to you.
•  I am generally not into artwork, and don't expect you to send any. That said, many of the SHN and FLAC offerings do come with jpg files.  What I am interested in is set lists, dates and venues and optionally whatever information you can supply about the lineage of the discs you send me (preferably in a file or an email rather than printed on paper).
   
• Ultimately if we trade, I'd prefer that you agree to accept all discs 'as is', even if you find that you disagree with my assessment of their quality, and even if there turns out to be imperfections which were not mentioned in my list. I am willing to give you the same courtesy, if we can agree to it beforehand.
  
  None of us does trading for profit. Remember? So every disc doesn't have to sound good enough for the radio. We do this because it's fun, we love rare music and this is the best way on earth to accumulate tons of rare music fast and cheap. Every now and then we all end up with discs that sound worse than we'd hoped, but this goes with the territory. Every time two people trade music on CD-R they both get a hell of a bargain, several times more value than what they invested, even if there's an occasional bad disc in the lot! Part of being a good trader is understanding this, and not burdening a trading partner with complaints and demands for replacement discs after a trade is completed (Packing and shipping are the biggest expenses in trading, so we all hate to have to send replacements after a trade is completed). If we each got the discs we asked for, in a timely manner, packaged securely, and we treated each other honestly, then it was a fair trade, even if a disc here & there turns out to have imperfections. Just let me, or the other person you're trading with know about the imperfections, so we can note them on our list for future potential traders to be aware of.
  
  Please keep in mind that a bootleg is a bootleg, after all .. it is not an official recording, and therefore it is, by its very nature, imperfect.
  
  
  When available,  I prefer FLAC and SHN trades.  If you would like FLAC/SHN rather than audio let me know and I'll look to see if I have it archived in that format.  Unfortunately at the present time I do not encode FLAC/SHN from WAV/CDA.
