H&R Watson
Admitted on television by H&R Block itself. Apparently, for all tax returns prepared at H&R Block prior to the 2017 addition of the tax deduction finding superpower IBM Watson computer, the refunds obtained using H&R Block’s services were smaller than they would have been – had H&R Block spent the money to use IBM Watson earlier.
Apparently, for years H&R Block skimped on spending the needed money on services – and it cost taxpayers by getting them refunds that were smaller than they otherwise were entitled to. Lawsuits just waiting to happen, dear friends.
